Join our private workshop available for only a limited number for participants who desire to be mentored through a 21-day Chakra Healing process. You will find which of your chakras may be blocked and use self-healing techniques to align them using crystals, essential oils, yoga poses, and more. It’s completely free, and you will receive a ton of valuable resources and information to help you on your journey.
You will also be the first to access all the material offered before the group becomes open to the public.
Find out if you are a good candidate:
• You are a beginner and want to learn how to work with crystals, affirmations, yoga, essential oils, and more; or
• You are experienced with self-healing techniques to align your chakras but want to be more committed.
• You can commit to the full month of January 2022 to the workshop.
• You can commit to 10 minutes a day for 21-days to practice the self-healing techniques.
• You can take a short survey at the end of the workshop for feedback.
What to expect:
Week 1:
• You will get familiar with the hosts of the private workshop and acquainted with other group members.
• You will receive all complimentary resources to download to guide you through the workshop.
• You will take a 10-minute in-depth questionnaire to find out which chakras are blocked.
• After referring to your free guide to align your chakras, you will choose two self-healing techniques to focus on for the duration of your 21-day journey. Each practice should only take 5 minutes a day.
• You will have a chance to ask any questions you have and always be able to during the entire workshop.
Week 2-4:
• You will spend 10 minutes a day on two self-healing techniques and journal them in your free 21-day daily workbook.
Closing:
• You will answer a few questions and note your experiences found in the back of your free 21-day daily workbook.
• You will take a short survey to help us improve the workshop.
